How to Share One Plan Between mockey.ai and Shopify

Start From mockey.ai

1. Connect your Shopify store on the Integrations page. Here’s how.
2. Scroll down to the “One plan everywhere” card.
3. Click “Share plan”.

Start From the Mockey App in Shopify

1. Open the Mockey app in your Shopify admin and go to “Manage Subscription”.
2. Click “Sign in with Google” and finish signing in on the tab that opens.
3. Return to Shopify. The app updates on its own.

Good to Know

• Only one side can be paid when you link. If your store and your Mockey account both have a paid plan, cancel one first. The remaining plan then covers both.
• One Mockey account can share its plan with up to 3 stores.
• A store can only be linked to one Mockey account at a time.
• To undo it, click “Stop sharing” on mockey.ai, or “Unlink” in the app. The store goes back to its own plan with an empty credit balance. Your credits stay on your Mockey account.
