How to Push Mockups to Your Shopify Products

Connect Your Shopify Store

1. Go to Integrations. You can also find it in the menu under your profile picture.
2. Find Shopify and click “Add”.
3. Type your store name, the part before “.myshopify.com”, then click “Add” again.
4. Approve access on the Shopify page that opens.
5. You’ll see “Connected” next to Shopify when it’s done.

Tip: Use your .myshopify.com address, not your custom domain. Connecting a store is part of every paid plan.

Push a Mockup to Your Products

1. Open a mockup template and upload your design.
2. Click “Export”, then pick the “Shopify” tab.
3. Search for products and tick each one you want.
4. Click “Push mockup”. The button shows how many products you picked.

The mockup is added to each product’s media. You can push AI generations the same way. Open one, click “Export”, and pick the “Shopify” tab.

Good to Know

• Only images can be pushed from mockey.ai. To add videos to products, use the Mockey app inside Shopify.
• Connecting installs the Mockey AI app on your store. Removing the store from Mockey doesn’t uninstall the app. Uninstall it in Shopify if you want it gone.
• If Shopify shows “Reconnect required”, click “Reconnect” on the Integrations page.
