How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel anytime from your Manage Subscription page. You keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for.
Here’s How It Works
- Click your profile picture at the top right, then “Subscription”.
- Under “Quick Actions”, click “Cancel Subscription”.
- Pick a reason and click “Proceed”.
- Click “Yes, Cancel”.
What Happens Next
- You keep every paid feature until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again.
- When the period ends, your account moves to the free plan, and any AI credits left are removed.
- Mockups you downloaded while subscribed are still yours to use, commercially too. More on licensing.
- Changed your mind? Click “Resume Subscription” before the period ends.
Tip: Cancelling doesn’t refund your last payment. See the refund policy.
Good to Know
- The Forever plan is a one-time payment, so there’s nothing to cancel.
- If your plan is paid through Shopify, manage it in the Mockey app inside Shopify.
