Mockey AI Refund Policy
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying a plan. Here’s what’s covered and how to ask.
What Can Be Refunded
- Ask within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After that, payments are final.
- Add-ons, upgrades and usage beyond your base plan aren’t refundable.
- Taxes and payment processing fees aren’t refundable.
- Heavy use, like a large number of downloads, can make a payment non-refundable.
- Cancelling stops future payments, but doesn’t refund you automatically.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your name and account email.
- The date of purchase.
- Why you’re asking for a refund.
- Your transaction or invoice ID. You’ll find it on your invoice.
We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and can take 7–10 business days to show up.
Good to Know
- When a refund is approved, your paid plan ends and any AI credits left are removed.
- Please email us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback without contacting us first can get your account suspended.
