Mockey.ai License Agreement
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of mockups, templates, images, and related digital assets (“Assets”) provided by Mockey.ai (“Provider”). By downloading, accessing, or using any Asset from Mockey.ai, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Grant of License
Mockey.ai grants the User a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to download and use the Assets for the following permitted purposes:
1.1 Commercial and personal use, including but not limited to marketing materials, client projects, social media content, presentations, websites, advertisements, and product displays.
1.2 No attribution is required for permitted uses.
2. Restrictions
The User acknowledges and agrees that the following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Resale or Redistribution:
The User may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or otherwise make the Assets available to any third party, whether in original or modified form.
2.2 Modification for Sale:
The User may not modify, alter, transform, or adapt the Assets for the purpose of selling, licensing, or distributing them as standalone products or as part of any competitive mockup, template, or asset library.
2.3 Standalone Asset Use:
The Assets may not be uploaded, listed, or distributed on any marketplace, platform, or repository (including but not limited to Envato, Creative Market, Behance, Freepik, or stock photo sites), whether free or paid.
2.4 Claim of Ownership:
The User may not claim, assert, or imply ownership of the Assets or represent them as the User’s own original work.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Assets are and shall remain the exclusive property of Mockey.ai and/or its licensors. The User acquires no ownership rights by downloading or using the Assets under this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
4. Termination
Mockey.ai reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the User violates any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Assets and delete all copies in their possession.
