Mockey for Etsy sellers

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Mockey AI helps print-on-demand sellers show their own original designs on the products their production partner prints. Connect your Etsy shop and add those mockups as extra photos on listings you already have, without downloading and re-uploading.

How it works

1. Connect your shop. In your Mockey account, open Integrations, choose Etsy and approve access on Etsy's own sign-in page. Mockey never sees your Etsy password.
2. Make your mockup. Put your design on a product in the Mockey editor.
3. Add it to a listing. Choose Export, then Etsy, and pick one of your existing listings. Mockey adds the mockup after the photos already on that listing.

What Mockey does and doesn't do

• Adds the mockups you choose as secondary photos on your existing listings, after the photos already there.
• Never sets or replaces your main photo. A listing needs its own main photo before Mockey can add to it.
• Never creates or deletes listings, and never changes titles, descriptions, prices, inventory or any other listing details.
• Never reads buyer, order, payment or shipping information.

Permissions we ask Etsy for

• listings_r: to show you your listings so you can pick where a mockup goes.
• listings_w: to add the mockups you choose to that listing as photos.

That's all. We don't ask for your profile, email address, shop settings, transactions or buyers.

Your data

We store the access tokens Etsy gives us (encrypted), your Etsy user ID, and your shop's ID, name and web address, which we refresh from Etsy at least every 24 hours. We don't store your listings: we load them from Etsy each time you open the Etsy export panel. Remove the connection at any time from Integrations in your Mockey account and we delete all of it straight away. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.

Etsy's Creativity Standards

You're responsible for your listings. Under Etsy's Creativity Standards, if a production partner makes an item you designed, list that partner on the listing. If you used AI tools to create an item, say so in the listing description. Mockey reminds you of this every time you add a mockup.

Is it free?

Yes. Connecting your Etsy shop and adding mockups to your listings is free with any Mockey account. Paid plans unlock Mockey's own features, such as premium templates, larger export sizes and AI credits, and those apply the same way whether you download a mockup or add it to Etsy: on the free plan, mockups go to Etsy at the free download size.
