What You Can Ask For

• Find mockups by product or style, like “black oversized t-shirt” or “ceramic mug”.
• Put your design on a mockup, with an optional product color and design size.
• Try one design on several mockups, up to 12 at once.
• Check your render quota to see how many renders you have left this month.

Adding Your Design

Share a public link to your image, or ask the assistant to let you upload a file. A picker opens in the chat. It takes PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF files up to 6MB.

If your chat can’t show the picker, the assistant sends an upload link instead. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes.

Good to Know

• Each mockup you render counts as one render. Every paid plan includes a monthly render allowance.
• Overlay and perspective mockups aren’t supported yet. If one fails, try a different mockup.
• If no Mockey tools show up, or Mockey stops responding, remove the connector and add it again.
• Revoking a key on the Integrations page disconnects any assistant using it.
• Connector keys are separate from the render API keys on your profile.
