How to Adjust Your Artwork Before Generating Mockups
Use the editor to adjust your artwork before generating a mockup. You can fit, fill, rotate, and use other editing tools to get the look you want.
Here’s How It Works
- Open the “Mockup” editor. Pick a product template, like an iPhone, a poster, or a box.
- Click “Upload Design”.
- Your design shows up inside the crop area.
- Use the tools below to move and size your design.
- Click “Crop” to save your changes. Then make your mockup as usual.
Fit and Fill
- Fit shows your full design inside the crop area. Nothing gets cut off.
- Fill stretches your design to cover the whole crop area. Parts outside the edges get cut off.
To use either one:
- Select your design on the canvas.
- Click Fit or Fill.
Rotate and Flip
- Select your design.
- Click “Rotate” to turn it in steps. Or drag the corner handle for any angle.
- Click “Flip Horizontal” to mirror it left to right. Click “Flip Vertical” to mirror it top to bottom.
Align and Zoom
- Click “Align Horizontal” or “Align Vertical” to center your design.
- Drag the “zoom slider” to make it bigger or smaller.
Adjust Warping for Fabric and Folds
Warping makes your design follow the folds in the fabric.
- Go to the “WARPING” box.
- Type a number, or drag the slider.
- Click the reset icon next to it to go back to the default.
Use Place Anywhere
Place Anywhere lets you move your design outside the normal print area.
- Turn on the “PLACE ANYWHERE” switch.
- Drag your design anywhere on the product, even outside the usual area.
- Turn the switch off to go back to the normal area.
