How to Manage Your Mockey AI Account

Open Your Account Page

Click your profile picture at the top right, then “Subscription”. On a phone, tap “PROFILE” at the bottom. The Manage Subscription page shows your plan, credits, billing and account settings.

Log Out

1. Click your profile picture at the top right.
2. Click “Log Out”.

Change Your Password or Email

To change your password, log out, then click “Forgot Password?” on the login form. We’ll email you a link to set a new one. If you log in with Google, there’s no Mockey password to change.

You can’t change your account email yourself. Contact us for help.

Delete Your Account

1. On the Manage Subscription page, click “Danger Zone” to open it.
2. Tick every box to confirm what will be removed.
3. Click “Delete Account”.

This can’t be undone. It permanently removes your generations, saved projects, subscription and discounts, settings and presets, and remaining credits. An active subscription is cancelled, but not refunded.
