How to Download Invoices and Update Your Payment Method

Download an Invoice

1. Click your profile picture at the top right, then “Subscription”.
2. Click “Download Invoice” for your latest invoice.
3. For older ones, go to “Billing History” and click the download icon next to the payment.

Tip: No download icon next to your payments? Contact us for a copy of your invoice.

Update Your Payment Method

1. On the Manage Subscription page, click “Update Payment Method” under “Quick Actions”.
2. A secure billing page opens in a new tab. Update your payment details there.

If a Payment Fails

You’ll see a banner saying your payment couldn’t be processed. Click “Update Payment” and add a working payment method to avoid interruptions.
