How AI Credits Work

What Uses Credits

• AI tools, like Multi Shot, AI Photoshoot, AI Animate, AI Mockup and Design, and video mockups.
• Making and downloading regular mockups never uses credits. Removing the background from a single image is free too.
• Each tool shows its credit cost before you generate. The full list is under “Credits Usage” on the Pricing page.
• If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance.

How Many Credits You Get

• Free and Starter monthly: no AI credits.
• Starter annual: 600 credits a year.
• Creator: 150 credits a month, or 1,800 a year on annual billing.
• Forever: 1,000 credits, one time.

When Credits Renew

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle: every month on a monthly plan, and once a year on an annual plan. Unused plan credits don’t roll over.

To see your balance, click the credits button at the top of the page, or check “Usage Overview” on the Manage Subscription page.

Buy More Credits

1. Click the credits button at the top of the page, then click “Top Up Credits”. Or click “Buy More Credits” on the Manage Subscription page.
2. Pick a credit pack.
3. Click “Buy Credits” and finish the payment.

Tip: Top-ups work on plans that include AI credits: Starter annual, Creator and Forever.

If You Run Out

You can still make and download regular mockups. To keep using AI tools, buy a top-up or upgrade your plan.
